The 2010 Red Hat Tourism Awards campaign was kicked off recently at Babycakes Cupcakery in Red Deer. Diana Knapton, left, and Andrea Fox are the owners of the bakery, which was named Red Hat Business of the Year in 2009. The Red Hat Awards honour customer service excellence and community involvement in the hospitality and tourism industry. A total of 100 nomination boxes, along with 7,500 forms and 5,000 business cards, will be delivered to Central Alberta businesses.
