Looking thoroughly pierced Luke Spicer of Red Deer calmly waits for his acupuncture treatment to be over. Spicer, a professional kick-boxer and instructor at Arashi Do Martial Arts was getting the treatment by his physio therapist Tammy Twyne of Pure at the Healthy Living Expo at Westerner Park on Saturday. About 80 exhibitors representing a wide range of health and fitness companies were on hand at the one day annual expo.
