Hearing held into robbery

Red Deer city RCMP say a robbery occurred on Sept. 17. A man who concealed his face entered the drug store, where he brandished a knife and demanded prescription narcotics.

The suspect fled with the drugs, in a vehicle driven by a woman.

Amy Jaye Liverseed, 33, of Red Deer, was charged with robbery.

Her preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 14, 2012, in Red Deer provincial court.

Her co-accused, Brian Jones, 24, of Red Deer, will be back in court on Jan. 11 for election and plea on charges of robbery and wearing a disguise.
