RCMP and prison officials are looking for help in locating an inmate who was discovered missing from the federal prison in Bowden Thursday.
An inmate from the Correctional Service of Canada at the Bowden Institution was discovered missing during an annex count Thursday evening.
Missing is inmate Dean Leonard McClelland, 46, who is described as 6’2’’ in height and weighs 150 lbs. He has blue eyes, red hair and tattoos on his arms, legs, back and chest.
He is currently serving a three-year sentence for mischief, criminal harassment and arson.
Anyone who has information about the whereabouts of Dean McClelland is asked to contact RCMP.
