A fugitive sought by Red Deer police is now in the custody of Calgary Police Services.
Robert Kushniruk, 38, was wanted on eight outstanding warrants for his arrest in relation to criminal charges.
He is facing charges under the Fair Trade Act with three counts of engaging in business without a license, two counts of failure to refund money and one count of misleading consumers.
Kushniruk has additionally been charged with one count of fraud and one count of failure to appear. He is scheduled to appear in Red Deer Provincial Court on November 15.
