Be Fit for Life and the Alberta Active Living Partners are hosting the second annual Alberta Active Living Challenge Day on May 20.
All you need to do is to get physically active for at least 30 minutes today.
Walk, run, bike, swim, try something new. Last year over 60,000 Albertans participated in all sorts of activities, and helping to raise awareness about active living across the province.
So, organize a lunch hour walk or yoga session at your office. Take your kids to the park, or help your school organize an active event. Get your book club out for a bookstore bicycle tour.
Once you’re finished your fitness activity, it’s important you register your activity.
