Timcon Construction workers remove timbers used to pour concrete for the new lagoon ramp at Three Mile Bend Recreation Area. The work is part of extensive improvements and upgrades to the area that include more benches, waste bins, bag dispensers and interpretive signs, a larger parking lot, a boardwalk for canoe and kayak teaching and training, and more and better trails.
