A crew from Border Paving, including Sean Giberson, right, operating a plate tamper, completed part of the path that runs in behind the arches of 43rd Street Park in Red Deer this week. The park, which features a big splash pool at the northern-most end, is slowly nearing completion with this work being done on the southern portion.
