Cody Bourhis, right, and Mitch Townsend carry a Christmas tree to a waiting vehicle for customers Steven Bachert and his daughter Avery in Red Deer Saturday afternoon. For about 35 years, Joe Butterfield has operated a Christmas tree lot in Red Deer. This year he has shipped in 700 Fraser and Balsam fir trees from Quebec for the season. Some of the proceeds from the trees will go to supporting the Red Deer Regional Health Foundation said Butterfield and with the purchase of any tree customers will receive a two for one dinner coupon for the R&R Grill at the Sheraton Hotel.
