Doug Der of Mason Martin Homes cuts wood Friday to finish the interior of a playhouse to be auctioned for the Howe family children’s trust fund. The five children were left orphaned when their parents Brad and Krista were killed earlier this year. Built with donated materials and labour, the playhouse will be sold at next weekend’s Evening In Monte Carlo joint fundraiser by Family Services of Central Alberta and the Rotary Sunrise Club of Red Deer.
