A 51-year-old Red Deer man has been reported missing from a residence in the Eastview Estates area of Red Deer.
On Friday at 4:18 p.m., Red Deer City RCMP responded to a complaint of a missing person. RCMP say social workers have not seen Kenneth Matsen for about a day. Matsen is described as 1.82 metres (6 feet) and weighing 130 kg (287 pounds). He has brown and grey hair with brown eyes.
