Police are looking for two men who walked away from a minimum-security prison in Alberta.

BOWDEN — Police are looking for two men who walked away from a minimum-security prison in Central Alberta.

RCMP say they were told late Monday that the two prisoners had escaped from Bowden Institution.

Both inmates were serving sentences for drug and property crimes.

Police say they would have been wearing casual clothing so that they wouldn’t stick out.

Tod James Purvis, 42, and Nathan Mario Paolinelli, 28, are charged with being unlawfully at large.
