Police name woman charged in Christmas Day murder

A 43-year-old Red Deer woman has been charged with second-degree murder and one count of obstruction of justice in the death of a 58-year-old Red Deer man.

A 43-year-old Red Deer woman has been charged with second-degree murder and one count of obstruction of justice in the death of a 58-year-old Red Deer man.

Shaughn Lumley was found dead in his Potter’s Hands Housing apartment building in Riverside Meadows apartment on Christmas Day. The death was ruled suspicious and upgraded to murder on Thursday.
