Ponoka RCMP seeking assistance in locating missing male

The Ponoka RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 39-year-old Melton Franklin Strawberry.

He was last seen Wednesday at 7 p.m. near the Centennial Centre for Mental Health in Ponoka.

It is believed Strawberry is in the Rocky Mountain House area, however attempts to locate him have not yet been successful.

He is described as five foot seven, 240 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a partial leg amputation.

Anyone with information regarding Strawberry’s whereabouts is asked to contact Ponoka RCMP at 403-783-4472.
