Lenore Isaac, who is in her sixth year as chair of the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Campaign in Red Deer, has begun to sort through some of the 180,000 poppies she will handle this year. On Friday and Saturday — the campaign blitz — the poppies will be available in malls and grocery store outlets. On Monday, they will go out to all the schools, then to all other outlets and businesses that wish to distribute them before Remembrance Day, Nov. 11.
