RCMP are hunting for a man believed to have robbed a bar in the Deer Park Shopping Centre on Tuesday morning.
Const. Chris Kosack of city RCMP said the culprit entered Chillibongs lounge around 11 a.m. and made demands of an employee for cash.
The suspect had his face partially concealed with a bandana.
The employee complied and the suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash from the business located at 69 Dunlop St.
A police service dog team scoured the area but the suspect wasn’t located.
Kosack said the suspect is described as a Caucasian standing about 1.85 metres (six feet, one inch) tall with poor complexion.
He wore dark pants and a black hooded sweater with a black, leather jacket over top.
He also had a black checkered bag.
