Police are investigating what they call a suspicious grass fire in Oriole Park West late Sunday afternoon.
When Red Deer City RCMP responded at about 5 p.m. to the fire in a green space north of Oak Street and west of Overdown Drive, Red Deer Emergency Services were already on site.
Fire-medics were able to extinguish the fire, which burned an area about 21 metres by 15 metres, according to an RCMP news release.
