Beginning June 24 City of Red Deer property assessment staff will be taking exterior photographs of non-residential and multifamily properties.
Staff will wear photo identification while conducting property inspections, which involves documenting property descriptive information and taking exterior photographs from nearby roads and sidewalks.
This work will focus on commercial, industrial and multifamily properties and will be conducted during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday).
