Red Deer RCMP need help identifying robbery suspect

Red Deer RCMP is asking for the public's help to identify a robbery suspect who pointed a gun at a worker at a Rosedale business on Dec. 22.

Police said at about 6:32 a.m., a report of a panic alarm was received from a business located on Reichley Street. A male had pointed a gun at the worker, and demanded money. He then fled the area in a silver-coloured Toyota SUV.

The suspect had a thin build, with a medium complexion, and wore a black winter jacket and black pants.

Anyone in the area at the time of the incident with dash camera footage, or any information regarding this offence, is asked to contact Red Deer RCMP at 403-406-2200.
