A British Columbia man who was returned to Red Deer last week from Kamloops to face charges reserved his plea in provincial court on Monday.

Daniel James Colligan, 26, returns to court today to enter a plea on charges of possession of a computer valued at less than $5,000 and two counts of failing to appear in court in connection with 2005 charges from the Stettler area.

Colligan, who remains in custody, was escorted by police back to Red Deer from Kamloops, where he was dealing with unrelated charges drug charges in Kamloops court.

Daniel Colligan was in court in Kamloops on Wednesday as the Crown applied to have the man held in jail for up to six days in order to allow Alberta authorities to bring him back to face charges.
