Road closures expected

Routine maintenance on three level crossings by Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd., will result in temporary road closures in Mountain View County.

Routine maintenance on three level crossings by Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd., will result in temporary road closures in Mountain View County.

Today CPR will be repairing and lifting the track on Range Road 15, just south of Olds. This repair will lead to a one- to two-day road closure, depending on the amount of road and track maintenance required.

On Thursday CPR will be doing repairs on the crossing located on TWP 332, just west of Hwy 2A. This repair will lead to a one- to two-day road closure.

On Monday, June 8, repairs on the crossing located on TWP 324, just west of Range Road 15 will be undertaken. This repair will also lead to a one- to two-day road closure.

Crews will be on hand to ensure all patchwork is complete before the roads are opened to the public.
