Springbrook residents are being asked to limit their water use after a sewer main broke between Penhold and Gasoline Alley.
Repair work is already underway.
Residents should limit their water use to essential tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
For now, people should avoid running dishwashers, doing laundry or taking a bath, says Red Deer County.
