Bill Kwasny impatiently paces while waiting for the arrival of a City of Red Deer official to photograph his truck after it sank into a sinkhole on Scott Street Thursday. The asphalt that gave way beneath the truck’s front wheel was likely related to a broken water main, which was repaired earlier this year about 10 metres away.
