A Northside Construction crew lays new sewer pipe along 25th Street in Springbrook Tuesday. The work is part of a $10-million project to replace Second World War-era underground infrastructure in the community that was once a Canadian Armed Forces air base. Red Deer County contributed $3-million in funding while the federal and provincial governments contributed the rest.
