The annual dip for charity is part of the town’s Winterfest

Forty-three brave souls who raised an estimated $28,000 for local charities took a big leap into a hole cut out of Sylvan Lake on Saturday. A number of other Winterfest activities took place over the weekend in Sylvan Lake including a pancake breakfast, sleigh rides, skating and games along the lakeshore.
