Employees of DDS Consulting of Calgary, Mike Gulajec, Marco De Costa and Dave Legault, install a concrete cast sound barrier wall section along 32nd Street between 47th Avenue and 49th Avenue in Red Deer on Thursday morning. The wall is being constructed to create a barrier between the busy roadway that will be widened and the nearby townhouses in the area.
