A City of Red Deer Public Works crew was keeping a close watch on the rising waters of Waskasoo Creek along 43rd street between 48th and 50th Avenue. Early Monday morning the runoff waters from Rotary Park were spilling across the road and into the creek, however once crews had cleared the storm sewers in the area those waters receeded.
