- Sign up – Download the app and create a secure profile once with contact info, vehicle info, photo of your driver’s license, proof of insurance and VIN number.
- Pick a Partner – Choose your preferred shop in the ParkedAuto app, based on proximity, rating etc., then book your desired service, such as an oil change, and select a pick-up spot most convenient for you. A technician will collect your keys and vehicle and you can monitor the trip to the service centre using the in-app tracker.
- Service Your Vehicle – A qualified technician will perform your service and update you with in-app direct messages. If any unexpected issues arise, the technician will provide photos and recommendations for you to approve.
- Vehicle Return – Once work is completed, confirm your drop-off spot, and ParkedAuto will deliver and track your vehicle, and notify you upon arrival. Parts and labour are itemized and payments are completed in-app. They also provide reminders for when your vehicle is due for its next service.
