PRINCE RUPERT, B.C. — An elderly couple is missing on B.C.’s North Coast and Prince Rupert RCMP hope travellers in the region may have spotted the pair.

Eighty-two-year-old John Fuller and his wheelchair-bound, 77-year-old wife, Margaret, were travelling from Courtenay to Smithers.

They were last seen Monday when they met family for lunch at Oliver Lake in Prince Rupert.

The Fullers missed a planned gathering later that evening in Smithers and relatives became alarmed when the pair did not show up at a scheduled meeting point in the Bulkley Valley town on Tuesday morning.

John Fuller is described as 5’7“, 160 pounds, while Margaret is 5’3”, 130 pounds, and they were travelling in a 2011 Honda Odyssey with a BC licence plate DLP 144.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the couple or their vehicle.
