A jury trial has been set in 2024 for a Red Deer massage therapist accused of sexually assaulting a female youth last year.
RCMP said last December that they were notified of an alleged sexual assault on Feb. 23, 2022. The investigation led to the arrest of a suspect, who was accused of sexually assaulting a youth at a chiropractor business in downtown Red Deer.
Police asked in December that if any member of the public was aware of similar alleged incidents involving the suspect to notify police.
Brian Moore, 51, of Red Deer County, has pleaded not guilty to sexual assault. A jury trial has been scheduled for April 15-19, 2024.
