A five-year-old boy who was in hospital after a recent mobile home fire west of Red Deer has died.
Blackfalds RCMP was advised the boy succumbed to the injuries he sustained in the fire Feb. 28.
A seven-year-old girl died, and her mother and two younger brothers, along with a male, were taken to hospital with serious injuries after their mobile home caught fire.
Blackfalds RCMP continue to investigate the incident with the assistance of investigators from Red Deer County Fire Services.
