$60,000 worth of air monitoring equipment stolen in Red Deer

Red Deer RCMP is hoping to recover $60,000 worth of air monitoring equipment that was stolen from a vehicle.

On May 28, shortly after 8 a.m., the goods were taken from a vehicle parked at 6329 Orr Dr. The equipment included four yellow Honeywell AreaRAE Plus, a case for air monitors and a RAELink kit.

RCMP is asking citizens to contact them if the equipment is seen in pawn shops or on online marketplaces.

Anyone with any information in connection to the theft is asked to contact RCMP at 403-343-5575.
