Stained glass windows in Gaetz Memorial United Church tell the Christmas story of the birth of Jesus. This particular panel relates how Joseph took Mary and the infant Jesus out of Bethlehem in Judea, into Egypt, to avoid the murderous wrath of King Herod, who feared a prophecy that a baby from Bethlehem would one day become king of the Jews.
