The 24 Red Deer Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron held its 66th Annual Ceremonial Review on Saturday at the Red Deer Regional Airport. Capt. Reid Surkan, a combat ready wingman posted to the 409 Nighthawks Tactical Fighter Squadron in Cold Lake, was the reviewing officer at the event. About 65 cadets, ranging in age from 12 to 18, took part in the parade.
