After going for a run in the school playground, the top 30 student fundraisers got the chance to either sigh Meraw’s scalp of shave the legs of either Grade 5 teachers Karl Mulder or Jim Perich, pictured on the right. Last year, the school campaign raised $620 while this year with the signing and shaving incentive, the students raised $5,500 for cancer research.
