Bee Swarm

Bees swarm on the branches of a tree on an acreage east of the city Friday. Swarms are usually a result of worker bees following a queen as she looks for a new hive location. They tend to occur in spring and don’t last long since the bees need to find a new hive to defend in an area plentiful in nectar sources.
