Blackfalds RCMP responded to a single-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 2a and Panorama Drive on June 23 at 7:35 p.m.
Both of the vehicles' occupants were uninjured.
The driver was arrested for impaired driving and taken to the detachment.
The driver was given an immediate roadside sanction for impaired driving and released.
