Blackfalds woman has a little something EXTRA in her pocket thanks to lottery win

A Blackfalds woman is $100,000 richer after a big win on her EXTRA ticket.

Natasha Regnier was shocked when she scanned her lottery ticket and it showed her the big win.

“I had a bunch of tickets to check on the ticket checker,” she said. “I couldn’t believe it when I saw $100,000 on the screen — I started shaking.”

She said she will use the lottery winnings to help one of her dreams come true.

“I’m going to pay for my schooling,” she said. “Not having debt when I’m done school — that’s a dream.”

The ticket was purchased, along with a Lotto 6-49 ticket, at the Blackfalds Gas and Wash.
