After holding their first sign-up day of the year on Saturday, Red Deer BMX held a novice clinic and then an expert clinic at the BMX Track in the Great West Adventure Park. Close to 50 novice riders – seen here going over the rhythm section of the track – and 20 experts came out to get tips and advice from one head trainer and four junior coaches. The club, which has about eight riders that have participated in world competitions, has training days every Sunday with race days being on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
