Boys and Girls Club of Red Deer receives $5,000 in donation

TELUS recently presented a cheque to the Boys and Girls Club of Red Deer in the amount of $5,000.

TELUS recently presented a cheque to the Boys and Girls Club of Red Deer in the amount of $5,000.

The money will be used to enhance security at the North Hill Club and in support of the Keystone rural Youth Leadership program.

The donation was possible with the company’s lottery committee donation and sponsorship fund.

Boys and Girls Club provides fun after school and out-of-school programs and activities to give young people the opportunities to develop their potential and achieve their dreams.

Youth HQ coordinates programming for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Red Deer & District and Boys & Girls Club of Red Deer & District, offering numerous programs and services that support children, youth and families.
