Red Deer City RCMP and Central Alberta Crime Stoppers are seeking help in tracking down a man who they say has an uninterrupted criminal history dating back to 2000.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for 28-year-old Brian Curtis McFadden, who was on statutory release and is unlawfully at large. McFadden’s offences range from assault, drug trafficking and various property related offences.

Police spokeswoman Const. Sabrina Grunow said that since leaving jail, McFadden has allegedly failed to abide by certain conditions such as reporting to a parole officer.

“This isn’t the first time,” Grunow said.

Police issued a Canada-wide warrant in December when he breached his parole. McFadden was arrested and sent to jail, Grunow said.

McFadden is described as Caucasian male with blond hair, blue eyes, weighing 75 kg (165 pounds) and 1.8 (five foot 10) metres tall.

Police say McFadden has lived in Red Deer, Sylvan Lake and Stettler.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact their local police detachment. Those who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or go online at www.tipsubmit.com. If the information leads to an arrest, the individual may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
