A candlelight vigil will be held this evening for a Sylvan Lake man who has been missing since June 6.
Sean Duplessis, 39, went missing in Colorado near Denver. He had been working in the U.S. to open up a new shop for the company he worked at for a long time, Abel Corp. of Lacombe.
He and a friend were on a weekend getaway in the Colorado mountains and standing in a creek when the current took Duplessis away.
He is considered a missing person and is presumed to be dead.
The vigil starts at 8 p.m. tonight at the Sylvan Lake pier.
