An Innisfail car dealer accused of bilking four people of funds totalling about $1 million is to enter a plea in Red Deer provincial court on Dec. 18.
Allister Loughlin, 48, faces four counts of theft over $5,000. Innisfail RCMP laid the charges late in November while investigating complaints of an investment scheme.
Loughlin made his first court appearance on Nov. 30 but did not enter a plea.
