The Alberta Cancer Foundation’s Cash & Cars Lottery is back.

This year’s lottery has more than 2,300 prizes valued at more than $3.8 million, including two grand prize show home packages and an early bird condo.

They are aiming to sell around 1480,000 tickets.

Grand Prize Package No. 1 is worth more than $1.3 million and includes a Truman Homes-built house in Calgary with 4,283 square feet of fully furnished living space, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and $5,000 cash.

Grand Prize Package No. 2 is a fully furnished Kimberly-built home in St. Albert, valued at more than $1.2 million, along with $5,000 cash. This 3,293-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two and a half baths.

The early bird prize package is a fully furnished condo in Calgary valued at $313,000, or the winner can choose to take $250,000 cash.

The deadline for early bird tickets is Sept. 10 and the draw is Sept. 25.

Other prizes include four cars or their cash value, vacations, electronics, jewellery, luggage, recreational prizes and cash.

Ticket sales started Wednesday, with the final date on Oct. 1. The final draw is Oct. 20.

Tickets are $75 each, two for $125, six for $275 or 18 for $450.
