Celebrate International Women’s Day at the She is … Leadership Event on March 8.
The one-day inclusive event, to be held at Holiday Inn & Suites at 37471 Hwy 2 South in Gasoline Alley, will focus on empowering women and men to move positively forward with equal opportunity.
Shazma Charania, president of ZS Holdings which has hotel properties across Alberta, is the keynote speaker and will tackle the topic of confidence and share her experiences.
Presenters include lawyer Donna Purcell who will speak about leadership, equality, and diversity as a woman entrepreneur; Carrie Keylock will focus on fuelling the mind for positive mental health and productivity; Shelley Ralston, who has worked with fortune 500 companies, will discuss leadership by design; and singer/song writer Randi Boulton will perform at lunch and share her journey.

Doors open at She is … Leadership Event at 10:30 a.m. and the program begins at 11 a.m, with lunch at 12 p.m. Speakers will make their presentations from 1 to 3 p.m., and networking is from 3 to 4 p.m.
