Bruin’s Plumbing and Heating is hoping to make a difference for a Central Alberta family.
The company announced Monday the start of its “Because We Care” campaign, in which they will give away a furnace to a deserving person or family in Central Alberta. The recipient will receive a brand new, energy-efficient furnace installed by Bruin’s. The winner will be announced on May 1.
Nominations are open to the public and can be submitted at www.bearthatcares.ca. Nominations will be accepted between now and April 16.
“We know some families in our community are struggling and we want to do our part to help,” said Marty Bruin, an owner of Bruin’s Heating and Plumbing.
“We believe that everyone deserves to be warm and comfortable in their own home and we hope this campaign will make a difference in someone’s life.”
