The Central Alberta Humane Society is in need of volunteers Dec. 11 to 13.
The agency plans to setup at a Parkland Mall entrance to sell retail goodies for pets. This includes toys, treats and animal themed gifts for people.
“We offer a ton of fun gifts for pets and every year our set up at the mall really helps with sales,” the society said in a release.
All funds made through the event will go towards supporting animals in care of the agency.
Volunteers are needed Dec. 11 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., Dec. 12 from noon to 3:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Dec. 13 from 10:45 to 1:45 p.m. and 1:45 to 5:30 p.m.
The agency is also looking for a volunteer (18 and over) to help with bingo on Dec. 13 at 10:15 a.m.
