An Innisfail man is facing multiple charges after he exposed his naked body in public.

Terry Haskell, 68, of Innisfail is facing four charges of committing an indecent act, exposing nudity and failure to comply with court-imposed conditions.

RCMP responded to a complaint on Jan. 13 about an adult male exposing his naked body and information provided said a man was in the residence doorway exposing himself while children passed the residence. An investigation was conducted and sufficient evidence gathered, which led to the male’s arrest.

Haskell is scheduled to appear in Red Deer court on Jan. 21.

In October of 2019, Haskell was charged by Olds RCMP with making sexually explicit material available to a child and exposure of his genitals to a child for a sexual purpose.

After a bail hearing, Haskell was released on the condition he stay at least 10 metres away from any swimming pool, daycare centre, school ground, playground or community centre.

He was also prohibited from possessing any portable electronic devices capable of capturing images outside his home, and prohibited from being in the presence of anyone under the age of 16, unless they are in the presence of a responsible adult.
