Olds RCMP are hoping that the public can help identify a suspect who used a stolen debit card this week.

RCMP said a vehicle parked in the 5100 block of 51 Street in Olds was broken into on Feb. 9 at 1:30 p.m. and a Scotiabank debit card was stolen.

The debit card was allegedly used to make multiple purchases at businesses in Olds that totalled about $215.

The suspect is described as a heavy set male about 40 years old, with short hair and a full brown beard, and has an identifiable tattoo on his right hand. He wore a white uniform shirt with a white name tag over his right pocket, black pants and black shoes.

He was seen driving a black Dodge Ram between the years of 2002 and 2008.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to contact Olds RCMP at 403-556-3324 or their local police. To remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), online at www.P3Tips.com or by using the “P3 Tips” app available through the Apple App or Google Play Store.
