A luncheon on Sunday in Red Deer will feature Joy Smith, who will speak about human trafficking.

Soroptimist International of Central Alberta is bringing in Smith, a former politician from Manitoba, as part of the organization’s recognition of International Women’s Day and their Live Your Dream luncheon.

The annual Soroptimist Ruby and Violet Richardson awards will also be announced.
